All Rainbow Circle facilitators identify as LGBTQ+

Tiana (She/Her)
My name is Tiana. I’m a videographer with a background in music. I enjoy woodturning, geocaching, and college football.
Mental wellness, especially within the context of being LGBTQ+, is vitally important. Unfortunately, when it came to dealing with my sexuality, religious trauma, and resulting suicidal ideations I found that there were limited, if any, resources in Idaho. I was lucky enough to find a few peers with similar lived experiences. Together we have worked towards creating that resource for other LGBTQ+ people in Idaho. Rainbow Circle has come a long way from meeting with just a handful of people in a friend’s backyard in Meridian. And I’m so incredibly grateful to NAMI Treasure Valley for sharing their space and resources to help us support the local LGBTQ+ community.
You can learn more about my story from my interview with the Latter Gay Stories Podcast.

Quinn (He/Him)
My name is Quinn Johnson. I am a certified facilitator through NAMI with a more direct focus on the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal is to create a support group where you can truly feel like you belong and that you discover your utmost value.
You can learn more about Quinn and his journey through his blog.

Holly (She/Her)
My name is Holly! I am 27 years old and a college student pursuing nursing. I have been a peer group facilitator for 3 years. I enjoy kayaking, biking, and camping in my free time. I look forward to helping provide a safe space for peers of the LGBTQ community.

Jena (She/Her)
My name is Jena and I’m a passionate and caring facilitator of the Rainbow Circle group meetings. I am a believer in having an inclusive and diverse community and strive to promote this in my daily life. Through Rainbow Circle, I have found loving and shame free support, and I am eager to provide this to other members.
